Papaya & Mango Smoothie

Serving Size: 4 oz

2 large, ripe organic papayas
1 large, ripe organic mango
1 fresh squeezed organic orange
or 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
¾ cup coconut milk
(You can use the kind from a can *Organic Native Forest)
1 cup plain yogurt (*Straus) or plain Greek yogurt (*Wallaby Organic)
2-3 Tbsp honey (*Bulk Honey or Maisie Jane's)
1 cup ice cubes

Cut the papayas in half and remove the seeds. Cut the peel off the halves, roughly chop the peeled papaya and place in the blender. Cut a mango in half around the pit, and scoop the flesh out of each half and place in the blender, add the ice. Use a citrus press to squeeze the orange or lime, over the fruit in blender. Add the coconut milk, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
