Roasted Romanesco


  • 1 head Organic Romanesco* (also known as Romanesque cauliflower or Romanesco broccoli), cut or broken into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Napa valley Naturals* Olive Oil, or more to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 grinds fresh Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Simply Organic * Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Simply Organic * Paprika

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread Romanesco onto the prepared baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Roast in the preheated oven until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Alternative Flavor:
Garlic Roasted Romanesco with Lemon

Add 6 cloves Christopher Ranch Organic Peeled * Garlic, minced to your olive oil.
2 tsp Organic Lemon* zest - salt and pepper. Omit rest of seasoning in previous recipe.


  • Place florets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and crushed garlic. Mix everything around with a spatula.
  • Grate the lemon zest over Romanesco and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Follow roasting directions above.
